Again owe this totally to Jubak; have owned this since he recommended it. Fell in love with the pipeline story and how margins will improve for Rockey MTN gas. UPL is also the low cost producer. Politically, coal is never going to get the nod, so in the lag time for more nuclear to be approved and built; new natural gas electricity production will continue.

Looking forward to an oil correction. Expect that more natural gas pure types of plays will be discounted as well, therefore a buying opportunity. Plan to buy more UPL on dips.
