Right before I saw the FedEx video on YouTube of the guy hurling the monitor over the fence I received terrible service at the local FedEx Kinkos. The dude there then tried to charge me $140 for a 2 day package until I told him I had a corporate account which made it $53. Seems like they have been headed down a bad road and when you combine that with even crummier service to come by the USPS I am going to hitch my cart to UPS. Not as cheap as FDX on paper but real Solid ROI and much better yield. Gimme some UPS for the long haul for this volatile market.
FedEx tried to a Chinese government account I was using $875 for shipping a 4 oz package from the US through China customs with a week turnaround. USPS did it for $13.75.
