URBN supposedly made a fashion misstep by pursuing the big-top-skinny-bottom look that the market was not ready for. But now we see the same look copied everywhere. Sure they were too early but that, in the long run, just cements their reputation for being fashion forward. Free People still maintains its very own unique vibe, and Anthropollogie is still presents a desirable look for the 35+ who does not want the Chicos look, but the chic, urban, slightly funky look that is expensive looking.
