Re-Re-load, but here is my original rant:Another hope and a prayer company run by only 5 people. Stock has had a big run-up lately due to energy prices, however, URA isn't going to benefit that much from all of this, or you would see institutions flocking to this 5 person company stock. Let's look at some "performance" indicators:Equity of $13 MM, which got there from outstanding performance... hold on, I read the wrong line, it got there 100% from stock offering after stock offering, earnings have been non-existent all the way to increasingly negative. Does the company have any debt? Of course not, what bank in their right mind would lend them money? They might lend $200k to someone working a cash register at McDonald's to buy a home, but they do have standards, which clearly URZ does not meet.BTW, if you think this stock has legs, you are in lonely company.... just take a look at all the insider sales over the past couple of years whenever the stock goes over $2.Underperform (3 out of 3 thumbs down).
