The market probably bottomed on a short-term basis on November 20, 2008. If 800 on the S&P 500 holds, in December we stand a good chance to retest 1,000 on the S&P 500 and 9,600 on the Dow.

1. This ETF starts going up. My CAPS score goes up with it.

2. This ETF continues to freefall. Western civilization as-we-know-it comes to an end. All hell breaks loose. My CAPS score becomes ridiculously meaningless.
