Nuclear power is green. Green is where it is at. Everyone who wants nuclear power needs uranium. USU provides this.

You must be joking. Nuclear power is far from green.

It's CO2 neutral. But that is only one aspect of being ecologically responsible. There presently exists no safe way to dispose of high-level radioactive waste, which the nuclear reactors of the world currently produce at the rate of 10,000 tons per year. Until that issue is addressed, nuclear energy will never be a sustainable energy source.

And there are additional issues which prevent nuclear from being sustainable, including the potential for disastrous accidents, whether from an intentional attack, or just from a good old meltdown. Remember Chernobyl? If that had happened in France or Germany the death toll could have been in the hundreds of thousands. As it was, over 4000 people died.

As it stands, because of its CO2 neutrality, nuclear is certainly a better choice today than coal or oil. So you can call it greener but you definitely can't call it green.
