This is a no brainer outperformer, a steal offered by Mr. Market. I believe this stock is highly disregarded by professional money managers as it's market cap is only half a billion dollars.

Great investment research, no debt, nice dividend, plus they have rewarded shareholders in the past with special dividends. The ticker is a tip to the type of stock it is.

Testing out a portfolio of smallish-cap 5-star stocks found using the CAPS screener. All picks have at least 50 allstars backing them, which should be enough to minimize star rating fluctuations. It's been less than a week, but so far so good!

It's held up well in the down market so I think it might pop once the smoke clears and people start trickling back into individual stocks and need these reports. Plus, we used these reports in B-School; a tremendous amount of info on the one-pagers....
