Did you browse the financial statements for Vonage? I predict they would go out of business before they make a turnaround. They have negative equity(net worth) of $75 million, not a sign of good health in a company. Can you imagine if you had a negative net worth of $75 million, or just $1 million?

And they $71 million in cash to cover current liabilities of $448 million. They have not posted positive earnings in years and they are losing a ton of money.

It's possible that it could be a good buyout opportunity for another company, however, who would want to inherit all of that debt.
