Pretty much all the various financials are bad ... they are struggling to eliminate debt and really aren't growing their voip users. The fact that broadband providers like Time Warner offer VOIP inside their broadband package really hurts Vonage's ab...

It's got no moat (as Seth Jayson recently pointed out), it's burning through tons of cash with naught but ever-deepening debts to show for it, and competing technologies are rapidly rendering it obsolete.

Look into the chart. It have been always perform poorly compare to spy. Lowest point even hit 75%. What else can I say about it by its poorly historical performent.
