They own one patent family. Never in the history of patent sales has one family been worth over a billion dollars (other than a few DRUG patents). (BTW, anyone who favorably compares a software patent to a drug patent doesn't know the first thing about patent valuation). They have a very good patent family. Possibly one of the most valuable tech patent families ever, but it's not worth a billion dollars.
