After watching "Borat" my conclusion was Kazakhstan's cell market is 100% untapped! HAHAHA All joking a side ex-USSR’s cell market is virtually untapped and VIP owns the market plus the financials look good for a Telco(compare to AMX).

thanks for the funny post. your analysis is right on.I dunno..those reds are pretty crafty
sitting on their fat asses playing chess, chawing on cabbage and ripping off
big farts and imperialist running dogs...heh

Wait till we find out their telcom is paper cup with long strings.

But the Chinese are the ones I'm really worryed
about...Their wind power alternative green stock is 8 billion chinese people holding up pinwheels attached
to a paper battery...
