At $5.60 its at a new support. It should build a support step for several weeks before trying to go higher. I say underperform because there is no neutral to pick from the drop down menu.

Brazil has a booming economy and VIV has the marketshare advantage right now. With the infrastructure and the handsets...they are prepped for 20% Y-O-Y Growth.
