Be careful... Stock purchases by billionaire Carl Berg are how the company has been funded during the past 15 years of losses ($250 million so far). That's the only reason it is not bankrupt. That is not a standard insider trade...In the past 6 months, the other insider trades are sales of stock. That stock was purchased only 6 months before that.

I hear you. However, on the insider transactions it is the officers of the company that are doing the buying. As I said it could be a 10 bagger or a bust, most of these little drug companies are just that. But they do have one drug at the Phase 3 FDA level for approval and if it is approved, then some income will pour in--or even if it is approved in Europe.
