I'm going to go long on this one. My gut tells me that the CFO resigning is a horrible sign a company is not doing well. Insiders are buying wich means they have faith in the company long term. The two could cancel out. The world does need better long lasting lithium batteries and if valence can do it i'm for it. We will see how this one plays out.
