VLO is down on energy woes. Ahh, boe for them, cool for us at the pumps. However, as soon as some crazy country in the Middle East or elsewhere does something, energy will again recover. Or, quite frankly, OPEC will cut production to meet the lower expected demand. Checks and balances, in my opinion, will keep the price of oil where the industry disires it, between $60-$70. VLO will be back to $64 by December.
