VLO is a leader in the industry and postioned well to take off here. I set my price target at $60 by next summer. There is very little risk here and an attractive price.

Stock still lingering at it's 52 week low. Upside should increase for summer months in addition to the increase in the price of oil!

Refiners are a critical piece of the crude-to-gasoline/diesel pipeline, and as demand picks up, especially this summer, the stock prices will rise dramatically
