Came out valued at about $350 per customer. Revenue is only $250 per customer per year. $1.2B market cap with $541M in debt, no thanks.

They have no control of technology, just resell Sprint service and must pay Sprint, who is under pressure, whatever they want. All cusotmers are prepaid and have a high churn rate.
