VMware is an exciting high growth company starting to feel the heat of some competition from MicroSoft. Also, the shares are down sharply because the popular CEO and co-founder was replaced by EMC's management - likely a very DUMB move or EMC's part.





I own VMW, bought shares on the IPO. I believe that with the stock at $37.71 the Wednesday 09 July close, the shares of VMW are a strong BUY for the long-term.
