Massive REIT bubble. I bought this stock after Sept 11 attacks when the yield was over 9%. Current yield is under 3% fully taxable. Its a greater fools game with ZERO value at this price.

I never heard of Vornado before about 7:00 a.m. this morning but a couple of things screamed out at me.

3% yield for a REIT? Short term T-Bills are paying out 4.75% and have none of the inherent risk that a REIT does.
