I have owned this Co for 6 years. I believe in another 6 it could be well North of current valuation. Its HCV compound is so far "Best in Class."-

I f their Hepatitis C drug succeeds, some are projecting 3-4 billion dollar sales per year. That would give VRTX a mkt cap in the 30-40 billion mkt range. Or about 10 times its current market cap. Pie in the sky? Maybe not.
