Yeah, its a bank but its paying 8+% dividend. And with $3.44 in earnings this year the dividend is not in danger. $75B in shareholder equity and only 22B in mortgages. OK, so worst case 10% default to which they've written most off already. Big deal.

When the Fed lowers the Fed Funds Rate, this stock will benefit. Additionally, this stock is already offering a nice yield of 5.2%, which is going to look very good when compared with market rates.
