I can hardly believe this one was once my all-time worst pick. I think I was -155 with it at one point.

Now I'm holding it until BK as Floridabuilder strongly predicted. I haven't been here that long, but long enough to know not to go against him when he has strong convictions about anything regarding the housing market.
