I am picking up Wendy's International (WEN) due to the fact that one of it's biggest competitors, Arby's, is currently in discussion with them about a merger. When you are tired of your plain burgers like McDonalds or Burger King, what do you normally stop at? Yep, a Wendy's or an Arby's; a more adult tasting burger in my opinion. With the consumer's pocket book weighting a little less with increase gas prices and such, I see a lot more business headed to this style restaurant and away from the full service to save a few bucks
