Food will go up big in the next 5 years or so because of the crazy amount of people alive
But that would tend to hurt "middle men" like grocery stores. It would be good for companies like Potash Corp of Sask. (POT) though.
Government would subsidize food if it became too expensive for people and I like whole foods because it is part of the new healthy food market, POT still would be a really good way to play it, I just like WFM because should be less volatile than a potash and I like the retail market for healthy foods better
