Overvalued and must maintain it's high growth rate. High debt to cash ratio, high PEG.
I agree. Also currently down trending from insider selling despite heavy influx of new money. CEO Mackey's conduct in surreptitious emails badmouthing a smaller competitor to depress market valuation prior to takeover was unethical if not criminal.
High PEG? Sure, I can buy that argument; but debt to cash? From their November report, they've got $1.5 billion (with a "B") in cash and equivalents, and total debt of $24.1 million (with an "M"). A ratio of 0.016 isn't high in my book.
