People e-mail the company, begging for a Whole Foods in their neighborhood. They decide what city to move to based on how close the nearest store is. The food's expensive, but there's more and more people who fit the target profile and whose demand is still unmet. From a story-stock perspective, that's a great story.

I am betting on the "health consciousness" revival in this country when people realize that the quality of your life is not driven by the amount of pills your doctor is prescribing for you but by the way you live!
