MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. (WFR)

While this stock carries a high P/E it has been beaten down (with a lot of other stocks) lately. So long as the company continues to execute and keeps margins and returns up, they should continue to grow shareholder value. I hope they don't jump on the solar bandwagon too hard. While silicon is the low cost favorite for solar chips now, there are a lot of companies working on a low cost alternative technology right now. Also, I have heard reports of silicon supply getting tight and I don't know how this may affect the company's growth either. But I can't pass it up here.
