Stock has seen its lows - just announced layoff/restructuring, insider buying and good time to buy as everyone hates the solar industry and the semiconductor industry is looking bad as well. Not a long time hold of course

Moody's rating drop, continuing problems and solar industry ongoing problems. Heavy debt load is also an issue - time to let this one go since market is due for a pullback. Chart also is negative.
