MEMC is a lean mean run company. It has intellectual propery advantages, low debt, and is in consumer electronics / solar energy markets.

MEMC is a great company with a broad range of products. They have chip makers in their pocket and solar in a completely different industry. Cramer called this one and I will hold it a long time.
