Memc Electronic materials makes superconductor wafers for memory, logic, testing and power devices. They reported a great profit in 06 and added to cash. They have climbed 125% in 07.

Supplies silicon (wafers and such) to semiconductor and solar and.... The price is going up dramatically for wafers and there margins will only improve. With the increasing margins demand is going up as well. All is good here.
