Because Vector Vest gives WIN a growth rate of 22% and a


relative value of 1.46 on a scale of 0 to 2. On top of that attraction,


it ia paying a dividend of $ 1.00 which is a yield of over 8% by


dividing the present stock price into the dividend. Looks like a


winner to me,
