This stock has only been near this price 3 times in the last 5 years.

Sure the company is capping capital expenses and trying to re-focus and that's exactly why I like it.

Walmart needs to slow it's growth down a bit and focus on it's core strengths and that's what I see management doing.

Besides, people like to buy stuff cheap. And I do too...
