WallMart has lost its way. Since the death the legandary Sam Walton the company has turned from creating value to ruthlessly extracting value from others. From a win-win it has gone to win-lose. From employees to vendors to communities WalMart treats with everyone it does business with like total pricks.

WalMart, deservedly, has no friends.

Walmart is definitely getting a lot of bad publicity but this stock is cheap. Walmart stock has good chance of turning around. Risk is minimal.

I agree MEHTASL. The CEO impressed me this last quarter by not focusing on the great 2nd quarter, but laying it out on the table about the rough 3rd quarter they predict. The bad news is now priced in and I look forward to getting closer to Holiday traffic in the stores toward Q4.
