Some people think I'm crazy to short the biggest retailer in the world or doubt its customer base. (http://www.peopleofwalmart.com)
But I think Wal-Mart could be the next K-Mart. They are ripe to have their business chipped away by specialty retailers and retailers such as Target. Will people continue buying cheap Chinese goods stamped with a big yellow smiley face forever? Perhaps...

At the very least Wal-Mart has run out of upside. When you're the biggest retailer in the world there is no where to go but down.

You make a few valid points just a little off base . It will not be target or k Mart or any specialty retail location that brings this blue giant down, it won't have a retail location what so ever. IF Walmart gets taken down it will be by Amazon. Now here's why that won't happen, people like myself are impatient I will not order something online to save a few bucks when I can spend $5 more and have it in my possession now. No one will single handily take down Walmart it would be a cOmbination of Amazon Kmart target and specialty stores. Could it happen, sure. Will it happen, no. And when your the largest in the world there is not only one way you could go, you could go forward some more go backward or jump to a new market
