It looks like they have $10K cash, negative equity and a market cap of $91M. They claim they're going to pay their chief scientist $100K for pending patents, but haven't reported any additional money to the SEC as far as I can tell.

Their website lists 2 employees and 3 offices: Miami Beach, Paris, and Bulgaria. (Offices, or vacation homes?) Sounds like the cash is going to disappear quickly.
