While Weight Watchers has a steady stream of income (and, in the best tradition of health clubs, generates income from people who don't bother to attend), frequent program changes and confusing differences between geographical regions point to a company that doesn't have a marketing and management strategy that works. Their reliance on undertrained and underpaid leaders makes one wonder where all the cash is going.
