on My Watchlist
A consumer company, which provides weight-loss services around the world. It conducts business through a combination of company-owned and franchise operations.
While Weight Watchers has a steady stream of income (and, in the best tradition of health clubs, generates income from people who don't bother to attend), frequent program changes and confusing differences between geographical regions point to a company that doesn't have a marketing and management strategy that works. Their reliance on undertrained and underpaid leaders makes one wonder where all the cash is going.

No insider buys for 5 years, far more institutional than insider ownership, an analyst downgrade just this month while the last upgrade was 4 years ago. None of that bodes well to me.
