I agree that there is a long term trend but there is also a short term one as well. I red thumb the XBI and all biotech stock longs ( with exceptions ) until the XBI moves through the 50 day avg as a confirmation of an uptrend. With fiscal cliff and Europe worries, watch out for any ETF averages such as the XBI that closely follow the S& P and general market trends. I am new here so my CAPS score reflects my newness, but here to network and help out other traders evaluate the Trend Trade!
