Was that a one-time dividend or will it be a regular quarterly or bi-annual dividend?

I didn't own the stock at the time when the dividend came up. But I am fairly confident it wasn't a special dividend and was quarterly.

It was a one-time dividend. Management has said that they want to continue with some sort of dividend program going forward, but they don't have details yet.
