I Bought China Petroleum and Chemical back in early 2005. It was easily one of my biggest winners. I've got a feeling this little undiscovered gem could pan out to have the same returns in the near future. Institional Investors are now welcome above $5.

Agree. It seems to be getting some traction. As China becomes more industrialized it will continue to experience a rural to urban population shift like the US experienced in the first half of the 20th century, only on a much more massive scale. XIN and other developers like CHLN (which I also hold) should be able to capitalize on that and prosper. And since they are both focused on developments in so-called "tier II" cities (which are very large cities in their own right), they should be able to avoid some of the real estate bubbles experienced in places like Beijing and Shanghai.
