SIRI and XMRS are not set at the correct price point. Just because people have paid $30 and up for their cable in NO way means they are willing to pay that much for satellite radio. These folks have over customized and OVERPAID for the content they are broadcasting. XMRS will continue to fall and SIRI will continue to languish. Consumers (the ones who haven't signed up yet) are not interested in this elite and overpriced product.

I think you really missed the boat on this one "Fringe". First let me inform you that if you think the content of these satellite wonder boxes are limited to only music, guess again! The fantastic sound you now get is just the tip of the iceberg. Video, navigational systems, real time road conditions, weather alerts, e-mail, etc.are right around the corner.For all the things these babies are capable of, they are a great BARGIN at the current price! The sky is the limit. BUY XMRS now, and in 18 months you will be a happy camper and glad that you listened to the "Ripstick". Later fellows...........
