I'll say nearly the exact same thing I said for SIRI:You don't need to pour over the financial statements and balance sheets to realize that the business model is flawed. Satellite radios are selling content, not technology. All this merger talk mi...

Long term, satellite radio will be killed by IP-Radio over WiMax. Short term, Sirius has the better game plan.

I have to reverse myself on this one. I'll admit it I was biased b/c I have Sirius and I owned it for a while. In the long run after the merger these guys are going to have a Timewarner thing going on in the cars.

This is still a risky pick, with a high potential reward, but not as risky as it was shortly before Rule Breakers dumped it. Profitability is at long-last around the corner, if not already here. I'm in because Herb Panero is no longer the public fa...

If you haven't noticed, XM is losing a lot of money very quickly with a 682.4 Million loss within the past 12 months and no proof to show a positive change any time soon. plain and simple, the -2.22 share earnings value proves that this company is ha...

My friends keep telling me how great it is to have satellite radio and how they will never go back. After ignoring them for months, i forgot my mp3 player on a flight this morning and was delighted by the free XM radio the airline provided me. it was...

Who would pay for radio, especially with two free alternatives? Mainstream radio may be terrible, but Internet radio is alive and well, despite harsh royalty rates on the broadcasters.

I have personally seen a company in so bad a shape outperform the indices through very tough economic conditions ( e.g. COO, 1999 thru 2006). Because XMSR is the future of radio, I think they'll come out of the toughest situation alive. Hence, a long...

Satelitte radio and other content is here to stay. I don't like either SIRI's or XMSR's prospects near-term but I think one of several scenarios will play out: (1) merger between SIRI and XMSR, or (2) DISH or DirecTV will buy them out and at some p...
