Female CEO: Carol BartzYahoo Inc plans to name longtime Silicon Valley executive Carol Bartz as its next chief executive...."She's known as a tough and fair leader; she's known for bringing people together and building consensus," said Allen Weiner, an analyst at Gartner. "That's certainly something that Yahoo needs right now. They need that adult leader to bring that order to the company."At the same time, Weiner said: "She's not a hard-core engineer... She's not what you would call a dot-com or Web insider, but maybe that's not what Yahoo needs right now."

I'd say this guys track record proves his point. You can become an all-star just by down-thumbing women managers.

I probably coulda closed my eyes and downthumbed any 20 companies in April 08 and became an all-star. If men are so much better why doesn't he give green thumbs to male run corporations?

"Math is hard"... you have no idea how CAPS works. You are competing with the market averages. Your picks have to fall more then the over all market.IE:If you pick a stock that falls ONLY 20%, you are NOT Outperforming the market which has fallen +30%. You will not be an ALLSTAR like me.1. Most companies are run by men, therefore male run companies are the index. 2. Most female run companies underperform the Index, ie the male run companies. A simple fact, and the reason I am an Allstar

Good job with the double post, nervous Nelly. You won't be an ALLSTAR much longer after our female friend sells this company for an 88 P/E.

What's a 75.2 score...All Star? ..I don't think so... I'm a 93 score and I say Yahoo is a buy.

CAPS rating system is pretty stupid, thank you for recognizing the obvious. This portfolio has 34 stock picks. 28 are negative, seven are barely positive. If this was a real mutual fund with a normal distribution this would outperform 99.99% of other funds, including your red thumb green return, green thumb red return portfolio.Who is next?

Yahoo is a mess but there where that years ago. With all due respect to Carol I don't want any part of the company wouldnt matter if they brought Bill Gates out of retirement and Lured him from Microsoft.
