YRC is being crushed under the weight of its large debt load and huge negative free cash flow. Retained earnings gets markedly worse as each quarter passes. I estimate they have 3-4 quarters worth of cash left, and I do not anticipate that anyone will want to lend this company more money. Very bad situation for a company that has been consistently mis-managed for years. I would place their management at the bottom 10% of all publicly managed firms.
