An American company that is aggressively and successfully doing business in China. Good food, strong brands, lots of new hungry customers in emerging economies with hard earned cash to spend. What's not to like?

you might not like that YUM's Taco Bells have been infecting customers with e coli.....

Crises come and go. The e.coli debacle is already over. Most will have completely forgotten about it by summer. A well managed company on the other hand, lasts a long time. Natural disasters, terrorism, war, economic depressions or e.coli will not hurt YUM in the long run. One bad manager will. An Al Dunlap or Jeffry Skilling perhaps.
