Yes it's fast food, but the company is diligently working on a greatly expanded health menu at its major restaurants. Taco Bell has just began introducing about 10 items on the menu that are a great value for the $$ and are 9 grams of fat or less. KFC has also spent yrs working on its new grilled chicken that is going to be out soon within the next yr or so. (The chicken is really roasted, not grilled but they are going to be advertising it as grilled) and selling pieces of it by the bucket like they do their regular fried chicken. The roasted chicken is supposedly marinated AND spice rubbed so it should taste fantastic plus it is 66% less fat than KFC's normal fried chicken. I expect KFC and Taco Bell to get alot of healthier eating consumers back into their restaurants now because of this. Pizza Hut might do well with their new pasta selections that can be delivered. And YUM is doing a fantastic job of growing KFC and Pizza Hut in China...
