The Company is a holding company which currently has one operating company, Omega Protein Corporation in which the Company now has a 33% ownership interest. In addition, the Company owns 98% of Zap.Com Corporation, which is a public shell company.

ZAP is trading at about a 20% discount to its Net Tangible Asset Value... They actually have $7.93/share in CASH, no debt, and the stock is trading at $6.76. This is a no-brainer.
