We will go through a few more ups and downs in the financial industry but ZION's overall credit worthiness and credit process is one of the best in the industry. They histroically have done a good job acquiring solid regional franchises and been able to fold them into the ZION culture. I expect they will be making one or two midsized acquisitions (10-30 branch institutions at bargain based prices) during the next 12-18 months. Bad loans are fully under control and this is a great time to buy.
