I really like the idea, but I think that Hertz, Enterprise or any other large rental car company could easily replicate this service and they have the fleet in place to do it. The only advantage they have is the parking spaces and system for sharing the vehicle. I'm also concerned about the cost to expand service - buying new cars is going to get expensive. Plus I'm concerned about expansion potential - not sure there is a market for this type of service in most American cities.
