Risk based, but it's near it's lows and with the online gaming industry opening up in Vegas and NJ, Zynga has a legit shot to gain a profitable userbase. Their user-base will likely be lower stakes and more social networking that the likes of Bally or Caesar. The social atmosphere and lack of user sophistication will benefit Zynga.
