Uses known Stock Promoter RedChips to pump and dump.
What's a "Stock Promoter RedChip"?
It's basically a spammer trying to get everyone to buy this stock to drive up the price then dumping all of it for the high price leaving all the investors with nothing.
On the charts it looks like somebody did a bunch of dumping back in April but the stock has bounced back even higher than when the "dump" began. Wouldn't expect that from something that was fraudulent all along.
The valuation numbers at morningstar.com still look very good despite the runup post-"dump".
I read that AER Advisors are buying stock as well as mogul Peter Deutsch. AER Advisors now owns 2,742,250 shares, or 23.64% of the company, and Peter Deutsch owns 2,132,000 shares, or 18.38%. That's compared to the last filing where AER Advisors reported ownership of 1,297,396 shares, or 12% of the company.
In less than two months, they have bought an additional 28% of ZSTN. So much for the pump amd dump theory.
